Highest Quality Materials

Perfection Fence manufactures your pergola from premium ForeverVinyl™, Cellular Vinyl, or wood, including round or square columns of fiberglass resin composite, or Cellular Vinyl, or ForeverVinyl™ posts. We have unlimited options. The construction of our pergola overhead carriers and rafters includes engineered internal structural aluminum reinforcement. ForeverVinyl™ carriers and rafters are finished with our patented scroll-cut Mercedes® pergola ends, emulating wood, but maintenance-free. Cellular Vinyl or wood allows for infinite options of construction details, including carrier and rafter sizes, scroll cut details and color. Stamped structural engineered pergola plans are also available.

Internal Reinforcement

For a pergola to stand the test of time, structural integrity is required. Perfection Fence engineers each and every pergola based on its installation location, the impact of the environment and its size. Wind loads and other weather factors are evaluated. Typical columns or posts are internally reinforced with hot-dipped galvanized steel structural members and our ForeverVinyl™ or Cellular Vinyl overhead is internally reinforced with aluminum structural channel. Our engineers specify the proper shape and thickness of reinforcement for structural integrity, as requirements vary based on the choice of material and lengths.

Unequaled Fit & Finish

The layout of a pergola is critical to its structural durability. Spacing between uprights, carriers, rafters and purlins will vary based on size. Our internal reinforced construction permits greater open space between uprights. Custom designed hardware allows for attaching to a home or outbuilding at a roof line with a gutter. Detailed planning and precise construction go into making your signature pergola.

Perfection Fence uses only marine grade stainless steel or powder coated stainless steel hardware for lasting beauty. A deluxe ceiling box is available for adding a fan or chandelier to your pergola.
