Our professional consultants meet with you at your home or project at no cost (within our current local service area) or via phone to learn about your project. We want to turn your dreams and ideas into a custom design that complements your property for years to come. The consultant will discuss your design requirements and work with you from this initial visit to completion.

Engineering

Our engineers convert concept to reality, producing details to manufacture your project. Our engineers can do site surveys, 3-D analysis, CAD drawings and conceptual layouts for exacting fit before releasing to manufacturing. The accuracy of measurements, unique existing conditions and challenging installation concerns are integrated into the actual manufacturing of your product designs. After purchase, Perfection Fence secures accurate measurements of your property. The topography or existing conditions can be uniquely incorporated into the requirements for manufacturing. If you are not in our service area, we work with measurements taken by you or your installation contractor. Our engineers use these detailed measurements and the latest CAD software to produce a design and custom layout that enhances the uniqueness and beauty of your property.

Perfection Fence’s Engineering Team, utilizing powerful applications including AutoCAD® 2019, Autodesk Inventor® 2019 Simulation, and 3D Studio MAX®, engineers your project for the look you desire and optimum visual results. Your resulting plan will integrate smoothly with our manufacturing process. Data is transferred directly from the design software to the production machinery ensuring Perfection quality. This data, mechanical modeling and layout visualization eliminate design and installation flaws.

Vertical Integration & Custom Manufacturing

Perfection Fence has a fully integrated manufacturing process completed by specialists every step of the way:

• Curated material sources of the highest quality directly from material manufacturer (no wholesalers). Materials are produced to a Perfection Fence developed specification and held in a sizable inventory to meet customer demand.
• Products are designed for aesthetic fit and structural requirements.
• Fully controlled manufacturing process using state-of-the-art equipment and custom designed machinery. Our capabilities include CNC machining, fabrication, millwork, turning, welding, & joining completed by craftsmen with attention to tight tolerances and details.
• All products are assembled with the highest quality hardware.
• In-House and custom finishing – paints, stains, pigmented weathering stains, patinas, protective coatings.

Finishing

Perfection Fence offers in-house custom finishing by its team of experienced professional painters. All wood fence is available pre-finished in paint, stain, pigmented weathering stains, bleaching oils, patinas, protective coatings or clear wood finishes. Stains are available in solid-body or semi-transparent products. Fences are carefully prepared by properly drying the wood before applying the primer and finish coats.

Many choices of color are available from the outstanding Benjamin Moore products, collections known for quality and durability.

Installation

We offer expert installation within our current local service area by our own professional employee installers. Every team works from a fully equipped, award winning, state-of-the-art truck, a virtual “shop on the road,” prepared to expertly execute your installation. These trucks ensure safe transportation of your products and materials as well as an efficient installation process. Additionally, Perfection Fence products are tailored specifically for your application and built to fit ahead of time, minimizing the need for on-site adjustments or retrofitting. Perfection Fence installers skillfully create an installation masterpiece every time.
